Nick Howson was born in the United Kingdom and arrived in Australia at the age of five. He completed his Diploma of Fine Art at Prahran College. He lives and works in Richmond, Melbourne and has had major exhibitions in galleries around Australia since 1988. Nick has been reviewed in a range of magazines, newspapers, and other publications. In 2005, he was granted an artist in residency in Bunandon, NSW. His design was selected for the 2018 Tram Art project. He is renowned for his Tiger Legend mural at Richmond railway station. Nick’s artworks have been acquired by state and interstate art collections such as, Parliament House Australia, Gold Coast Art Gallery, Horsham Regional Art Gallery, Mater Hospital in Brisbane, Australian Tennis Centre, City of Whitehorse, Crown Casino in Melbourne, and the Tullamarine Airport. Nick is represented by Australian Galleries in Melbourne.
