Prior to pursuing her interest in art Vicki worked as a professional nurse, administrator and Pastoral Care Worker. A move to Australia over 10 years ago offered Vicki an opportunity to pursue a longtime interest in visual arts.
Vicki’s training includes the Adelaide Central School of Art, South Australian artists such as Louise Feneley, Lauryn Arnott, John Lacey and others. Most recently she trained with the American contemporary landscape artist Skip Whitcombe and Colley Whisson, an accomplished Australian landscape artist located in Brisbane.
Exhibitions have included locations such as the Queenscliff Art Exhibition 2022, 2023 and 2024, Walkerville Art Exhibition, Glenside Art Exhibition, Stump Hill Gallery, Victor Harbour Art Show , Gallery M, Red Poles Winery, Glenelg Art Gallery, Orange Heart Gallery and other venues throughout South Australia.
Although Vicki may create a variety of subject matter, present primary artistic interests include the Australian landscape and the human figure. Her work sells both nationally and in the international market.
Presently she resides in Glenelg, SA with her husband Mark and Ella, the jumping German Shorthaired Pointer.
