Originally from Melbourne and now residing on the Bellarine Peninsula, Fiona is an artist whose work is deeply influenced by her appreciation for family, community, children, and the natural world. Her artistic journey took a significant turn after she transitioned from the corporate sector, pursuing formal studies in art with the goal of making a positive community impact through her exhibitions.

Fiona dedicated four years to refining her artistic skills before earning a Bachelor of Design Arts at LCI Melbourne, where she majored in Visual Arts. This comprehensive education allowed her to discover her unique artistic voice and explore diverse concepts, preparing her for a professional career in the arts.

Her creative expression predominantly utilises watercolours, acrylics, textures, and monoprints, resulting in a distinct abstract style. Fiona’s art studio serves as a sanctuary for experimentation, where she brings light, depth, and contrast to her artwork. Inspiration for Fiona’s artwork stems from her everyday experiences, travelling experiences, gallery visits, and interactions with other artists, all of which are enriched by the beauty of nature.
