Julie’s artwork seeks to capture beauty in the everyday. Many paintings feature the natural environment while accentuating our place within it. Capturing light is at the heart of everything.
Julie moved to Warrnambool after a long career in journalism, completing a Visual Arts Cert IV course at South West TAFE in 2020.  She primarily paints with oils in a representational style and her paintings have been selected in various well known Australian art prizes.
