Rhonda started painting about a year ago after retiring and moving from Melbourne to Point Lonsdale.

“I always wanted to paint but never took the opportunity to just give it a go.”

Rhonda joined a watercolour painting class in Queenscliffe which opened her eyes up to the many techniques of watercolour painting.

“I love painting as it just takes me away from all the troubles of the world. And I love painting my adventures in life and all that’s important to me.”

Sam, Rhonda’s loyal and much loved dog features in many of her paintings.  Here he is sitting on the magnificent Red Hill just out of Birdsville.
